Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant:
We are seeking a full time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include assisting in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements as well as answering phones, creating correspondence, and assisting in the bidding process. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Must have a High School Diploma or GED, college degree a plus. Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Construction experience and knowledge of Quickbooks a plus. Salary commensurate with experience. Construction Estimator:
We are seeking a full time estimator to prepare estimates for commercial building projects in New Jersey. Responsibilities include preparing labor and material estimates based on architectural drawings, subcontractor communication, site visits and pre-bid meeting attendance, quantity take-offs and the review of subcontractor proposals for preparation of bids. Must have 3 years experience and a High School Diploma or GED, college degree a plus. Ideal candidate must be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven. Salary commensurate with experience.
