Scope: South Hall was completed in July of 2016, is a new 2-Story 36,000 square foot facility which includes 14 science laboratories for chemistry, biology and general sciences. The building has a steel frame with glass, brick and metal panel facades. The project duration was 16 months.
This project achieved a LEED Gold Rating.
