Scope: This project required a high degree of coordination with the Owner, Architect and Construction Manager due to the tight schedule and the fact that the facilities were occupied throughout construction. The work consisted of additions to Harrison and Hillside Elementary Schools and renovations to toilet rooms, corridors, mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure as well as renovations to the majority of the classrooms at all four schools. Scheduling required the completion of 4 classrooms every 3 weeks while school was in session with no interruption to the education experience at these facilities.
